Edit Text File Update Set Dialog
The main dialog interface is composed from two panels. The left side will display Global Properties, Append/Create and Replace operations specified by the user. The right side will display the specific options of the selected node.
Multiple updates can be defined. These operations will be executed on the files specified under Global Properties in the “Include” field.
Add an Append/Create operation
A new append/create operation can be created by selecting from the context menu or by pressing + key while the left panel is focused.
Add a Search and Replace operation
A new Search and Replace operation can be created by selecting from the context menu or by pressing Insert key while the left panel is focused.
Only one append/create operation can be declared per
"Text File Update".
Rename an operation
A created operation can be renamed by selecting from the context menu or by pressing F2 key while the operation is selected.
Move Up
To move up the selected update operation select from the context menu the option or press Shift + Up keys when the update is selected.
Move Down
To move up the selected update operation select from the context menu the option or press Shift + Down keys when the update is selected.
Delete
An update operation can be deleted by selecting from the
context menu the command or by pressing the
Delete key while an update is
selected.
